Position Summary:
We’re looking for a creative and people-centered Assistant Property Manager (APM) to lead marketing, leasing, and resident-facing operations. This role is ideal for someone who blends operational excellence with a strong marketing instinct and enjoys creating exceptional experiences for both short- and long-term residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Leasing
Own the full leasing lifecycle—from inquiry and touring to application and onboarding
Create and manage listings across platforms (Airbnb, Zillow, Apartments.com, etc.)
Lead digital marketing campaigns, social media content, and community engagement
Track lead sources and conversion rates to optimize strategy
Support brand messaging across visual, written, and in-person channels
Resident & Guest Experience
Act as a primary contact for residents and guests, ensuring an exceptional move-in and stay experience
Manage inquiries, communications, and conflict resolution with warmth and efficiency
Partner with the operations team to coordinate cleanings, turnovers, and guest logistics
Assist with hosting or promoting on-site events to enhance community living
Administrative Support
Maintain accurate resident records, leasing documents, and CRM data
Monitor property conditions and report guest-related maintenance needs
Ensure compliance with Propolis policies and Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications:
2+ years experience in leasing, hospitality, real estate, or property marketing
Strong digital marketing and social media skills
Highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication
Experience in co-living, community-based housing, or mission-driven organizations is a plus
Proficiency in property management software and platforms like Airbnb is preferred
Compensation:
$50,000–$55,000 annually, commensurate with experience
