As we enter an accelerated growth phase, we are seeking a motivated, experienced Investment Sales Manager to help expand our investor base and scale our capital-raising efforts.
Position Overview:
The Investment Sales Manager will spearhead equity fundraising initiatives for Propolis’ real estate developments. This role involves sourcing, engaging, and closing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and institutional investors, driving capital commitments for both new and ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies for real estate development projects.
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with accredited investors, family offices, and private wealth managers.
- Conduct compelling investor presentations, webinars, and personalized meetings.
- Collaborate with the executive team on structuring investment offerings and establishing capital raise targets.
- Manage the full investor pipeline and provide leadership with regular progress updates.
- Create high-quality pitch decks, offering memoranda, and ongoing investor communications.
- Represent Propolis at industry events, conferences, and exclusive networking functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in real estate capital raising, investment sales, or private equity.
- Track record of successfully raising capital from private investors or institutions.
- Existing network of accredited investors, or demonstrated ability to build a strong investor base.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of real estate investment structures, including preferred equity, joint ventures, and syndications.
- Fluency in Russian is a plus, but not required.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: Commensurate with experience
- Commission/Bonus: Highly competitive, tied directly to capital raised
